Joe is the Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager of the SBA lending division at First Bank. He is an executive that has a 30-year background within commercial lending, commercial real estate, credit risk management, capital markets & federal regulatory sectors.

A native of Washington, DC, he has called Charlotte, NC his home for the past 15 years. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Special Operation Forces soldier assigned to the 82nd Airborne in Ft. Bragg, NC, owner/operator of a global fitness franchise and is the former Lt. Heavyweight Boxing Champion. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Roll With the Punches Foundation, Inc. and recently produced a mental health awareness event titled “It’s Okay Knot To Be Okay” that was held in Washington, DC in May 2023.
