Alan “Skip” Canavan, Jr., a 20+ year banking veteran, focuses on businesses throughout the U.S. Skip works with small businesses to help access capital for acquisition, growth, and other needs through SBA guaranteed lending. His focus is on loans that help with owner-occupied real estate purchase and refinances, business acquisition, business and franchise start up, equipment purchasing, debt refinance, and working capital, to name a few.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and member of the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL), Skip studied at El Camino College and the Lied Institute for Commercial Real Estate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Skip resides in Clearwater, Florida but will be focusing on customers nationwide. He is active in the community as a staunch supporter of breast cancer awareness and fundraising; and when he’s not helping his customers, he can be found Spartan racing, hiking, biking, reading, cooking, and heading to the beach.
