Get ready for exciting updates coming to your credit card

Coming May 2024:

All credit card holders will be mailed a new card with a new credit card number the first week of May.

On May 20, activate and start using your new card.

The week of May 20, update your mobile app to unlock new credit card management tools that are conveniently located within mobile and online banking. 

In addition to your new credit card, you’ll also have new credit card management capabilities within mobile and online banking. Your credit card will be completely integrated into our First Bank mobile application – providing a more robust and convenient credit card management experience.

Integrated credit card management

  • Access your credit card without leaving your First Bank online banking profile or your First Bank mobile app.
  • Control your cards on your terms and turn your cards on/off at your discretion.
  • Set spending limits based on location, amount, merchant type and transaction type.
  • Easily dispute transactions.

We’ll be mailing and e-mailing you information about your credit card and about these exciting updates. Please be sure to check in with your local branch to make sure your contact information is up to date, or if it’s more convenient, you can sign into online banking to securely ask a question or update your details.

What to expect:

  • Early May   New credit cards will be issued to all credit card holders. If you share a credit card number with another card holder, you will be issued a new credit card number.
  • May 20   The EZCardView option in your online banking sidebar will be replaced with ‘Manage Credit Card’.
  • May 20   Activate and start using your new card. Update your credit card information with businesses that charge your First Bank credit card on a monthly basis.
  • Week of May 20   Update your First Bank mobile app to access these new credit card features on your smartphone. Click here for more information about our mobile app.
Frequently Asked Questions
In order to bring you the most secure and robust credit card management experience, First Bank is upgrading our credit card service provider. As a result, all credit card holders are receiving new credit cards and new credit card numbers. While we understand this may be a hassle to update your number in places where you have recurring transactions, we are confident that the additional functionality and seamless integration within your First Bank mobile application will make up for it.
Your credit card management tools will be in our First Bank mobile app – providing a more seamless and convenient credit card management experience. Unlike the current process where you must log in to EZCardView to manage your credit card, your new process will be completely integrated into your First Bank mobile application and online banking profile.
Continue using it until May 20, 2024. Once you activate your new card on May 20, please destroy and dispose of your old card.
Activate and start using your new card on May 20, 2024. You can do this through your First Bank mobile app or by calling 1-866-673-8337.
Your new card will have a new credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code. You will no longer use the EZCardView platform to manage your card. You will manage your credit card directly within your First Bank mobile app and online banking dashboard.
You new credit card will have your name, card number, expiration date and CVV code on the back of the card. Your old card has that information on the front.
On May 20, contact any merchants you have recurring transactions set up with and update your credit card number.
