Updates coming to your business credit card in May 2024
You’re getting a new credit card and a wealth of new functionality.
In order to bring you the most secure and robust credit card management experience, First Bank is upgrading our credit card service provider. As a result, all credit card holders were issued new credit card numbers and mailed new credit cards.
Here’s what you need to know:
- You should have received a new credit card in the mail the first week of May. Contact your local First Bank branch if you have not received your new card.
- Continue using your current credit card until May 20, 2024.
- On May 20, activate and start using your new credit card.
- EZCardView will be replaced with SpendTrack credit card management tools.
Introducing SpendTrack
Your new credit card is powered by SpendTrack. Soon you’ll be able to issue credit cards to your employees and fully manage your credit card program through a mobile app or online. You’ll have information at your fingertips that helps you clearly understand the performance of your program and where funds are being spent so you can optimize your operations.

We’ll be mailing and e-mailing you information about your business credit card and about these exciting updates. Please be sure to check in with your local branch to make sure your contact information is up to date, or if it’s more convenient, you can sign into online banking to securely ask a question or update your details.
Here’s what to expect:
- Early May
- New credit cards will be issued to all business credit card holders. Every credit card will have a new card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
- May 20
- Activate and start using your new card.
- The EZCardView option in your online banking sidebar will be replaced with SpendTrack.
- Avoid missing recurring transactions – Update your recurring transactions currently being paid with your current credit card with your new credit card number.
- Week of May 20
- Update your First Bank mobile app when prompted
- If your company’s credit card admin has granted you access to SpendTrack, you’ll be prompted to download the SpendTrack mobile app on your smartphone. You will automatically receive SpendTrack access in your online banking account once invited by your admin.
