Step 1 Open the mobile app and log in.

When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Login ID and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding boxes in the app and then tap the “Log In” button.

Step 2 Navigate to Positive Pay.

In the top left corner, tap on the “Menu” button, then on “Commercial” to see the dropdown and choose “Positive Pay.”

Step 3 Choose a check.

From the “Exceptions” tab, tap on the check you want to make a decision about.

Step 4 Decide to pay or return the check.

A copy of the front and back of your selected check will appear. If you want to pay the check, tap “Pay.” If you do not want to pay the check, tap “Return.” Once you’ve made your decision, tap “Next Exception.”

Step 5 Finalize your decisions.

When you are done making decisions on all your checks, tap “Submit Decisions.”
