Stone & Christy’s First Bank experience.

Bryant Webster, an attorney at the firm, shared the company’s experience transitioning from a different provider to First Bank.

What has the switch to First Bank been like?

With any transition you expect a few bumps, but First Bank has done an excellent job helping to make it as seamless as possible. We ran into an issue with an ACH transfer early on, but the First Bank team worked with us to resolve it and we have been very impressed by the staff.

What is one of your favorite things about working with the First Bank team?

We usually go the bank two or three times a day. The team at the Black Mountain branch is consistent and so friendly—every time I go there’s a familiar face who is eager to help.

What has First Bank done to go above and beyond for you?

First Bank’s security protocols identified a key logger on one of our employee’s computers. By proactively identifying it and notifying us, our IT team was able to resolve the issue. We couldn’t be more thankful for First Bank’s systems and their proactive approach to our relationship.

We’re grateful to have a partner like First Bank and look forward to deepening our relationship. We’d recommend your team to anyone looking for a business or personal banking solution!
