Welcome to your new and improved personal online banking! We’re thrilled to unveil our latest updates that will help make it easier for you to manage your finances. Our redesigned platform offers a fresh, intuitive interface coupled with powerful new features to give you the ability to better personalize your online banking experience and make it work for you!

Favorite Accounts

Set the accounts you view the most

Setting favorites is a great way to group your accounts and get a comprehensive view of your finances, including any manual and external accounts you have set up in your online banking.

To enjoy a customized dashboard that provides a clear snapshot of your financial health, follow these steps:

To begin, use the ‘Select accounts’ button available on your homepage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will be taken to Manage Accounts to ‘Get started’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To start you can select which of your First Bank accounts you would like to set up as a favorite. Simply select the star icon next to the account you wish to favorite.

 

 

 

 

 

An ‘Account favorited’ message will display to confirm that the account you selected is now one of your favorites.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To get a full picture of all of your bank accounts you can add additional external and manual accounts using the ‘Add account’ button.

 

 

 

 

 

Once you’ve selected all of your favorite accounts they will be readily available from the homepage of your online banking for quick access.

Reordering Accounts Display

Reorder how you view your accounts

With the platform refresh, you’ll need to reorder the way your accounts are displaying in your online banking dashboard, including those you added from other financial institutions.

Here’s how you can switch the order of your favorited accounts:

From your online banking homepage, select ‘View all accounts’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Under the menu for the account you would like to reorder, select ‘Move account up’ or ‘Move account down’ until it is in the correct order position.

You can continue to do this for any manual and external accounts you might have as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delete Accounts

Delete old accounts

You can easily remove old manual or external accounts from your online banking to get your dashboard up-to-date:

From your online banking homepage, select ‘View all accounts’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Under ‘Manual Accounts’ or ‘External Accounts’, open the menu next to the account that needs to be deleted and hit ‘Delete’.

You can also edit the accounts from the same place to update balances, rates, and more.

 

 

 

 

 

See accounts you don’t expect?

If you notice accounts that are not manual or external and are unable to delete them from your online banking dashboard, reach out to our Customer Support team.

Recent Activity Snapshot

Streamline Interface

Our new look isn’t just about aesthetics. We’ve reimagined the user experience to make navigation smoother and more intuitive. You’ll spend less time searching for information and more time managing your money effectively.

Under Recent Activity, you will now have the ability to filter this information based on the account you wish to view.
With a quick click of the ‘Filter accounts’ button you can select which account transaction history you’d like to review.
