- A transaction is defined as any checks paid, deposits, each deposited item, ATM withdrawals, debit card transactions, online and telephone funds transfers, and ACH debits and credits. There is a fee of $0.40 per item for each item in excess of 500 per monthly statement cycle.

- Eligibility: Benefits are available to primary checking account owner and one (1) additional account owner (“Business Owner(s)”). Benefits are not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner or Business Owner.
- Includes assistance with the customer notification process and resolution assistance for customers if they are compromised by your breach. Resolution assistance is limited to up to 25,000 customers for verified identity fraud only.
- Uses the Business Sense Private Wi-Fi’s Virtual Private Network with 256-bit SSL encryption. Activates automatically if an unsecure network is detected and comes with ten (10) available downloads for use on business devices. Compatible with AppleTM, WindowsTM, and AndroidTM. - Identity Theft Protection services are for personal identity fraud for the business owner. Expense reimbursement does not cover unauthorized electronic fund transfers related to the business. Small Business Monitoring and/or Credit File Monitoring of the Business Owner’s personal information must be active at the time of discovery of the identity theft event.
- Credit Score is a VantageScore 3.0 based on single credit bureau data. Third parties may use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness. Once you have activated credit file monitoring, you may request your credit score. Once you have done so, you will have access to your score on a monthly basis.
- Alerts are provided by email and optional SMS text and may include new accounts, password resets, name and/or address changes, and funds transfers.
- $50 deductible applies. Maximum of two claims and $1,000 per Business Elite Checking account per 12-month period. Covers up to four phones on a cell phone bill paid through your eligible account. Cell phone bill must be paid using any First Bank checking, savings, or credit card account.
- Credit cards are subject to credit approval. To receive 15,000 (a $150 value) First Bank rewards points, card owners must open and activate a Mastercard® Business Card with Rewards and spend $500 or more within 45 days of opening. Bonus rewards points awarded through this promotion will be credited to your account within 60 business days of qualifying for the bonus.
