  1. Account holders may avoid the Monthly Maintenance Fee by meeting any of the requirements listed in the Account Fees section of the page listing their account type. Other account service fees may apply as described in the Account Services Fee Schedule, which is also available at your local branch.
  2. Eligible personal deposits include checking, savings, Money Market, CD, or IRA. Eligible personal loans do not include residential mortgage loans.
  3. A transaction is defined as any checks paid, deposits, each deposited item, ATM withdrawals, debit card transactions, online and telephone funds transfers, and ACH debits and credits.
  4. While First Bank does not charge for mobile banking, your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
  5. A fee of $0.18 per $100 on all additional cash deposits.
  6. Active qualifies as one or more transactions on a monthly basis.
  7. Benefits require registration/activation.
  8. Eligibility: Benefits are available to primary checking account owner and one (1) additional account owner (“Business Owner(s)”). Benefits are not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner or Business Owner.
  9. Includes assistance with the customer notification process and resolution assistance for customers if they are compromised by your breach. Resolution assistance is limited to up to 25,000 customers for verified identity fraud only.

Please refer to the actual Guide to Benefit and/or insurance documents for complete details of coverage and exclusions. Coverage is offered through the company named in the Guide to Benefit or on the insurance document. Expense reimbursement does not cover unauthorized electronic transfers related to the business.
  11. Identity Theft Protection services are for personal identity fraud for the business owner. Expense reimbursement does not cover unauthorized electronic fund transfers related to the business. Small Business Monitoring and/or Credit File Monitoring of the Business Owner’s personal information must be active at the time of discovery of the identity theft event.
  12. $50 deductible applies. Maximum of two claims and $1,000 per Business Elite Checking account per 12-month period. Covers up to four phones on a cell phone bill paid through your eligible account. Cell phone bill must be paid using any First Bank checking, savings, or credit card account.
  13. Available to Business Owner(s) and Employees and their spouse/domestic partner and up to six (6) dependent children aged 2 and older. This is NOT insurance. Member FDIC.
