Brad Cantrell recently joined First Bank as an SBA Business Development Officer. He has been in financial services for over 20 years and has extensive experience in banking, credit, and business development across the Upstate of South Carolina. His SBA experience includes that as both a lender and a credit officer. Brad enjoys working with borrowers and developing solutions to help businesses succeed. Prior to becoming a lender, he served in executive-level credit roles.

Brad holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Business Economics from Francis Marion University. He is also a South Carolina Bankers School graduate and holds a diploma from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
