Add a new phone number to your account to receive your secure access code.

Step 1 Open the mobile app and log in.

When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Login ID and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding boxes in the app and then tap the “Log In” button.

Step 2 Navigate to Security Preferences.

Tap the “Menu” button in the top left of the screen, then tap “Services” to see the dropdown and choose “Security Preferences.”

Step 3 Add or edit phone numbers.

Tap on “Secure Delivery.”

To edit an existing phone number, select the pencil icon. To remove an existing phone number, select the trashcan icon.

To add a number, tap “New Text” to input your cell phone number that will receive text messages, or tap “New Voice” to enter your phone number if you prefer to receive phone calls.

Step 4 Enter your phone number.

Key in your phone number and select the check mark to the right of the screen.

Step 5 Select number for Secure Access Code delivery.

If a transaction prompts you, tap on the phone number you want your Secure Access Code sent to.

Step 6 Verify the Secure Access Code.

Retrieve the Secure Access Code from the device you chose to have it sent to. Enter the code in the box, then tap “Verify.”
