Creating Company Policies
Set company policies to control access to accounts and permission settings. Please call support at 866-435-7208 to discuss activating this functionality if you do not have it as part of your account.
Step 1:
Log in to online banking.
When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Login ID and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding screens and then click the “Log In” button. Next, you will be asked to enter your password, then click “Continue.”
Step 2:
Navigate to Company Policy.
From the menu on the left, click “Commercial” to see the dropdown and choose “Company Policy.”
Step 3:
Select transactions.
Click on the “Transactions” tab, then click on the type of transaction you want to set a policy for, such as “ACH Collection.”
Fill in the maximum amounts and maximum counts for each approval limit.
Step 4:
Add allowed actions.
Click on the “Allowed Actions” tab, then filter by Accounts or Subsidiaries, or search by name.
Once you’ve made your selections, click “Add Allowed Action.”
Step 5:
Set features.
For each category, select the permissions under Rights, Transactions, Custom Features, ACH, General Transaction, or Corporate by clicking the “X” to change it to a checkmark. You can click “Save” or navigate to other tabs and save later.
Step 6:
Select accounts.
Click on the “Accounts” tab, then check the box for any of the accounts you want to allow access to.
Click “Save.”
