First Bank Cutoff Times

The cutoff times vary based on the type of transaction you’re making. Use the schedule below to plan your transactions accordingly.

  • 11:00 am Positive Pay Exception Review Deadline
  • 2:30 pm Same Day ACH
  • 4:00 pm International Online Wires
  • 5:00 pm ACH Transactions
  • 5:30 pm Domestic Online Wires
  • 6:00 pm Same Day Credit on Deposits

To increase your approved file limit for ACH or Wire services, submit a request through Relationship Bankers or your Treasury representative. You can also contact Business Support via email at BusinessSupport@LocalFirstBank.com or phone Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm at 1-866-435-7208.

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request. We encourage you to provide us with ample notice if you expect to exceed your approved limits so we can process your increase in a timely manner. There may be changes and growth in your business operations that a permanent increase needs to be made. Your Relationship Banker or Treasury Officer can assist.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it online in a few simple steps. Next to the box where you enter your User ID to sign into online banking, click on “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts. If that doesn’t work, please call Business Support or your local banker for assistance.
