Mobile Bill Pay Demo

Online bill pay makes it quick, easy, and convenient to pay your bills.

Step 1:
Open the mobile app and log in.

When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Username and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding boxes and then tap the “Log In” button.

Step 2:
Navigate to Mobile Bill Pay.

Tap “Menu” in the bottom right, then tap “Transfer & Pay,” and select “Pay Bills” from the list.

Step 3:
Enroll in Mobile Bill Pay.

Read the Bill Pay Service Terms and Conditions, then tap “I Accept.”

Step 4:
Add a payee.

Tap “Options” and choose “Add payee.”

Enter all the payee’s information in the fields provided, then tap “Submit.”

Review that the payee’s information is correct, then tap “Save Payee” and tap “Close” to finish.

Step 5:
Pay bills.

Select the company you want to pay.

Enter the amount of your payment, then tap the arrow under Pay from account and choose the account to pull the funds from.

Tap on the calendar icon and select the date you want the bill paid on. Tap “Submit Payment” to finalize the transaction.

A recap of your scheduled payment will be shown.

Step 6:
Cancel a payment.

If you want to cancel a payment that you scheduled, tap “Go to Bill Pay,” and select the payment you want to stop.

Next to Summary, click the three vertical dots and tap on “Cancel.”

You will receive confirmation your payment was canceled. Tap “Close” to end.
