Link your recurring payments and subscriptions to your new credit card.
Step 1:
Open the mobile app and log in.
When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Username and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding boxes and then tap the “Log In” button.
Step 2:
Navigate to CardSwap.
Tap “Menu” in the bottom right, then tap “Manage Cards & Rewards” and select “CardSwap” from the dropdown list. Or scroll down on the dashboard to the Credit Card section and tap “CardSwap.”
Step 3:
Review the terms and conditions.
Tap “Get Started” to read through the Terms and Conditions, then tap “I accept.”
Step 4:
Select merchants.
Tap all the merchants linked to your credit/debit card that you want to update payment information for. Then tap “Next Step.”
Step 5:
Enter payment information.
Update your payment information in all the boxes provided, then tap “Add Card.”
Step 6:
Verify card.
Enter the characters you see in the image and tap “Verify.” A security verification code will be sent to your phone number affiliated with your merchant account that you need to enter into the CardSwap field and click “Link card.” Tap “I’m finished” and a notification will let you know your request is processing.
Please allow 1 business day for the changes to be updated. Tap “Finish” to end.
