Funds Transfer Demo

Transfer money between your First Bank accounts one time or on a recurring basis.

Congratulations! Now you know how to transfer funds between your accounts.

This can also be done using similar steps on desktop.

Step 1 Open the mobile app and log in.

When you enrolled in First Bank digital banking, you created a Login ID and Password. Enter that information in the corresponding boxes in the app and then tap the “Log In” button.

Step 2 Navigate to funds transfer.

Tap on the “Funds Transfer” quick link or tap on the “Menu” button in the upper left corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Payments and Transfers” and then tap “Funds Transfer.”

Step 3 Tap From Account dropdown and select account.

In the box under “From Account,” tap the arrow to see your accounts. Choose the account you want to transfer funds out of.

Step 4 Tap To Account dropdown and select account.

In the box under “To Account,” tap the arrow to see your accounts. Choose the account you want to receive the funds.

Step 5 Enter an amount.

In the Amount field, enter the figure you want transferred.

Step 6 Tap Frequency dropdown and select frequency.

For your convenience, a transfer can be made once, or you can schedule them to recur automatically. Select the frequency you want.

Step 7 Tap Start Date and select a date from the calendar.

Tap on the Start Date box to make a calendar drop down. Choose the date you want the transfer to occur.

Step 8 Enter any memo text if necessary, then tap Approve.

If you want to include a note, enter it into the Memo field. Then tap “Approve.”

Step 9 Tap Close.

A summary of your funds transfer will be provided, including a confirmation number. Once your alert has been saved, tap “Close” and you are finished.
